Lime Cocktail Juice
Every bar owner knows just how expensive limes can be, and that is before you include how labour intensive juicing them are too. Lime Cocktail Juice tries to fix this issue by creating a product that is fresh, tastes just like the real thing and costs a fraction of the price.
Lime Cocktail Juice can be used anywhere you would use regular lime juice. Treat it the same. Not sure about it? Try it out in a Margarita, Daiquiri or Last Word. You won't regret it.
To create this product, we use fresh limes and a combination of acids to recreate the sour tang and aroma of lime juice.
As this product uses fresh ingredients, the quality will diminish, and just like regular lime juice, it will oxidise over time. It is best used within two weeks. Keep it refrigerated and discard if the flavour becomes bitter or oxidation occurs.
Packaging and Labels
Sold in a 750ml clear glass wine bottle with minimal labels.
We try and keep our labels to the bare necessities so your product looks something made in house and not recognisable by customers.
We also try and reuse bottles whenever we can, after a thorough cleaning first! We will happily take back any bottles and accept any clear, screw-cap style wine bottles you have spare. It helps keep our prices low and it does that little bit for the environment. That’s a win-win.
Storage and Use
All of our products are small batch, made to order and preservative-free, so they are best kept refrigerated and ideally used within two to four weeks, depending on the product, for the best flavour and quality. Always check the best-before date before use.
Seasonal Differences
We do not use artificial colouring, so colours and flavours may change slightly with the seasons. We do our best to keep it looking consistent but nature has a way of doing what it wants.
