Lime Cocktail Juice

Use Lime Cocktail Juice anywhere you would normally use fresh lime juice in cocktails.

It works especially well in shaken, citrus-forward drinks like Margaritas, Daiquiris, Gimlets, Last Words, Mojitos, Southsides, Sours and tropical-style cocktails.

It can also be used for cocktail batching, event service, speed rail prep, or as a back-up option when fresh limes are expensive, inconsistent or unavailable.

Ingredients: Water, Lime (>20%), Citric Acid (330), Malic Acid (296)

Keep refrigerated. Shake before use.

This product is made in small batches without preservatives and is best used within two to four weeks for the freshest flavour.

Natural oxidation may occur over time. Do not use if the product develops bitterness, off aromas, gas build-up, mould, or any other signs of spoilage.

Always check the best-before date before use.

Sold in a 750ml clear glass bottle with minimal labelling, designed to sit neatly in a bar fridge or speed rail without looking overly branded.

Where possible, we reuse clean screw-cap wine bottles to reduce waste and help keep costs down. Bottle returns are welcome.
