The Gimlet started as a practical naval drink, pairing gin with preserved lime. These days, it is much more polished: clean, bright and easy to make with the right cordial.

Ingredients

45ml Gin

45ml Fresh Lime Cordial

Recipe

Prepare your glass and garnish first.

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

Shake hard until chilled.

Fine strain into the prepared glass.

Garnish with a lime wheel.
