We've all had someone ask for five mojitos during the busiest period behind the bar, when you're short-staffed, and you're running low on mint. The problem is, the drink is so refreshing, I really can't blame them. Okay, maybe just a little.

Mojito

Rum, lime, mint, and soda

Glassware

Collins

Garnish

A mint bouquet

Ingredients

60ml Rum

12 mint leaves

20ml Soda water

Recipe

  1. Prepare garnish.

  2. Pour the first two ingredients into the glass and half fill with crushed ice.

  3. Add mint and churn/stir.

  4. Fill with more crushed ice and top with soda.

  5. Garnish.
