A bright, refreshing gin sour with lime and mint.


The Southside gives you the fresh mint-and-lime feel of a Mojito, but in a cleaner shaken format. It is quick to make, easy to serve and a great option when you want something crisp, green and refreshing.

Gin, lime and mint.


Glassware

Coupe glass.


Garnish

Mint leaf.


Ingredients

60ml Gin 30ml Lime Cocktail Juice

6-8 Mint leaves


Recipe

Prepare your glass and garnish first.

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

Shake hard until chilled.

Fine strain into the glass.

Garnish with a mint leaf.
