Pisco sours are the reason many bars stock pisco. Pisco is an amazing spirit that has so many uses, but the deliciousness of a Pisco Sour makes it hard to get beyond it. Make one for somebody, and I promise that you will end up making them a second, and then a third.

Pisco, lemon, lime and foam

3 bitters drops, with a skewer run through them to create a heart shape

Ingredients

60ml Pisco

15ml Lemon Cocktail Juice

15ml Lime Cocktail Juice

20ml Simple Sugar Syrup

20ml Cocktail Foamer

3 dashes of aromatic bitters (such as Amargo Chuncho or Angostura)

2 drops of Saline Solution

Recipe

1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

2. Shake all ingredients with ice.

3. Strain out ice, and shake without ice.

4. Fine strain into glass.

5. Garnish.
