A classic tiki drink using a couple of harder-to-find ingredients. The Three Dots and a Dash cocktail is named after the Morse code for V, which was used to represent victory during World War II.
Three Dots and a Dash
Rhum Agricole, aged rum, falernum, allspice, lime, orange, honey
Glassware
Collins or tiki mug
Garnish
Three maraschino cherries and one slice of pineapple skewered to make 3 dots and a dash.
Ingredients
45ml Rhum Agricole 15ml Aged Rum 7.5ml Falernum Syrup 7.5ml Allspice Syrup 15ml Acidified Orange Juice (or 15ml Lime Cocktail Juice and 15ml orange juice)
15ml Honey Syrup
1 dash of aromatic bitters (such as Angostura)
Recipe
Prepare your glass and garnish.
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Add 1.5 cups of crushed ice and pulse blend.
Pour contents into glass and garnish.
