Falernum Syrup

Use Falernum Syrup anywhere you want sweetness with lime, almond and warm spice.

It works especially well in Three Dots and a Dash, Rum Swizzles, Chartreuse Swizzles, Corn ’n’ Oil, Zombie-style tiki drinks, and tropical rum cocktails.

It can also be used in sodas, mocktails, iced teas, punches, slushies and batching for events or high-volume service.

Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Almonds, Ginger, Lime, Clove, Allspice, Anise, Citric acid (330), Malic Acid (296).

Made for consistent sweetness, citrus brightness, almond richness and warm spice.

Keep refrigerated. Shake before use.

Best used within four weeks of opening for the freshest flavour.

Do not use if the product becomes cloudy, fizzy, develops gas build-up, mould, off aromas, unusual colour changes, or any other signs of spoilage.

Sold in a 750ml clear glass bottle with minimal labelling, designed to sit neatly in a bar fridge or speed rail without looking overly branded.

Where possible, we reuse clean screw-cap wine bottles to reduce waste and help keep costs down. Bottle returns are welcome.
