Strawberry Margarita

A bright tequila sour with lime, orange and fresh-style strawberry.


The Strawberry Margarita keeps the sharp, refreshing shape of a classic Margarita, then adds Strawberry Syrup for soft berry flavour, colour and a little extra fruit sweetness.

Strawberry Margarita

Tequila, orange liqueur, lime and strawberry.


Glassware

Coupe glass.

Optional: salt rim.


Garnish

Strawberry.

Optional: lime wheel.


Ingredients

45ml tequila

15ml orange liqueur, such as Cointreau, Triple Sec or Orange Curaçao 30ml Lime Cocktail Juice


Recipe

Prepare your glass and garnish first.

For a salt rim, moisten the outside edge of the glass with a lime wedge, then gently roll that section through salt.

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

Shake hard until chilled.

Fine strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

Garnish with a strawberry.
