Honey Syrup

Use Honey Syrup anywhere you want sweetness with soft floral notes and a fuller mouthfeel.

It works especially well in classics like Bee’s Knees, Air Mails, Gold Rushes, Hot Toddies, Penicillins, Brown Derbies and citrus-forward gin, whisky or rum cocktails.

It can also be used in tea, coffee, lemonades, mocktails, smoothies, milk drinks, dessert cocktails and batching for events or high-volume service.

Ingredients: Local organic honey, water.

Made at 60° Brix for a richer texture while still being easy to pour and use in cocktails.

Keep refrigerated after opening. Shake before use.

This product is made in small batches without added preservatives and is best used within four weeks of opening for the freshest flavour.

Do not use if the product becomes cloudy, fizzy, develops gas build-up, mould, off aromas, or any other signs of spoilage.

Always check the best-before date before use.

Sold in a 750ml clear glass bottle with minimal labelling, designed to sit neatly in a bar fridge or speed rail without looking overly branded.

Where possible, we reuse clean screw-cap wine bottles to reduce waste and help keep costs down. Bottle returns are welcome.
