Honey Syrup
Honey was once the worlds most common source of sugar before sugar cane become wide spread. The robust flavours of honey help many cocktails go from being good, to great.
Honey syrup can swap into most drinks instead of other sweeteners like agave or simple, and will provide a subtle floral note. Try it in a Bee's Knees or an Air Mail.
We source 100% local and organic honey before diluting it to 60° Brix to create the ideal consistency and pourability.
Honey can last a long, long time, but because we do not use any added preservatives, this product is best kept refrigerated once opened and consumed within two weeks. Discard if the syrup shows signs of fermentation or turns cloudy.
Make sure to look at the recipes section on our website for suggestions on how to use honey syrup.
Packaging and Labels
Sold in a 750ml clear glass wine bottle with minimal labels.
We try and keep our labels to the bare necessities so your product looks something made in house and not recognisable by customers.
We also try and reuse bottles whenever we can, after a thorough cleaning first! We will happily take back any bottles and accept any clear, screw-cap style wine bottles you have spare. It helps keep our prices low and it does that little bit for the environment. That’s a win-win.
Storage and Use
All of our syrups are small batch, made to order and preservative free, so they are best kept refrigerated and ideally used within two weeks of opening for the best flavour and quality. Remember to check the best before date before using.
