Lemon Cocktail Juice

Use Lemon Cocktail Juice anywhere you would normally use fresh lemon juice in cocktails.

It works especially well in shaken, citrus-forward drinks like Whisky Sours, Amaretto Sours, Brambles, Bee’s Knees, Tom Collins, French 75s, Sidecars, Clover Clubs and Penicillins.

It can also be used for cocktail batching, event service, speed rail prep, lemonades, mocktails, iced teas or as a back-up option when fresh lemons are expensive, inconsistent or unavailable

Ingredients: Water, Lemon (>20%), Citric Acid (330)

Keep refrigerated. Shake before use.

This product is made in small batches without added preservatives and is best used within two weeks of opening for the freshest flavour.

Natural oxidation may occur over time. Do not use if the product develops bitterness, off aromas, gas build-up, mould, cloudiness, or any other signs of spoilage.

Always check the best-before date before use.

Sold in a 750ml clear glass bottle with minimal labelling, designed to sit neatly in a bar fridge or speed rail without looking overly branded.

Where possible, we reuse clean screw-cap wine bottles to reduce waste and help keep costs down. Bottle returns are welcome.
