Simple Sugar Syrup

Use Simple Sugar Syrup anywhere a drink needs sweetness, balance or texture.

It is ideal for classic cocktails like Daiquiris, Whiskey Sours, Tom Collins, Southsides, Gimlets, Espresso Martinis and Old Fashioneds.

It can also be used in iced coffee, tea, lemonades, mocktails, smoothies, milkshakes, dessert sauces and batching for events or high-volume service.

Ingredients: Australian cane sugar, water.

Made at 50° Brix, or a 1:1 sugar-to-water ratio. A richer 2:1 syrup is also available on request for drinks that need extra sweetness, texture or shelf life.

Keep refrigerated. Shake before use.

This product is made in small batches without preservatives and is best used within four weeks of opening for the freshest flavour.

Do not use if the product becomes cloudy, fizzy, develops gas build-up, mould, off aromas, or any other signs of spoilage.

Always check the best-before date before use.

Sold in a 750ml clear glass bottle with minimal labelling, designed to sit neatly in a bar fridge or speed rail without looking overly branded.

Where possible, we reuse clean screw-cap wine bottles to reduce waste and help keep costs down. Bottle returns are welcome.
