Whisky, peated whisky, ginger, lemon, and honey


Glassware

Rocks glass


Garnish

A skewered piece of crystallised ginger


Ingredients

50ml Whisky (ideally something with light peated notes, such as a blended scotch) 30ml Ginger Honey Syrup 30ml Lemon Cocktail Juice

~

10ml Peated Whisky (such as a Scotch like Lagavulin or Laphroaig)


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Shake all ingredients, except the peated whisky, with ice.

  3. Fine strain into a glass filled with ice.

  4. Gently pour peated whisky on top.

  5. Garnish.
