Ginger Syrup

Use Ginger Syrup anywhere you want sweetness with a spicy backbone.

It works especially well in Moscow Mules, Dark 'n' Stormys, Penicillins, and highballs with soda.

It can also be used with soda to make a quick ginger beer-style drink, or added to lemonades, iced teas, mocktails, hot drinks, smoothies, slushies and batching for events or high-volume service.

Ingredients: Ginger, sugar, water

Made for consistent sweetness, fresh ginger flavour and easy use in drinks.

Keep refrigerated. Shake before use.

This product is made in small batches without added preservatives and is best used within four weeks of opening for the freshest flavour.

Do not use if the product becomes cloudy, fizzy, develops gas build-up, mould, off aromas, unusual colour changes, or any other signs of spoilage.

Always check the best-before date before use.

Sold in a 750ml clear glass bottle with minimal labelling, designed to sit neatly in a bar fridge or speed rail without looking overly branded.

Where possible, we reuse clean screw-cap wine bottles to reduce waste and help keep costs down. Bottle returns are welcome.
