Cocktail Foamer
Every so often a product, ingredient, or recipe comes along and changes how you see the bar. I hope this can be that product for you.
This cocktail foamer is vegan, gluten-free, odourless and virtually tasteless. It is designed to allow you to add a texture and foamy head much like traditional egg white does, without the need for eggs or chickpeas. Try it in your next Whisky Sour, Amaretto Sour, Clover Club or Pisco Sour, and see the magic for yourself.
If a cocktail calls for egg white, swap that amount for this cocktail foamer (that amount tends to be 15ml if not otherwise stated). Ensure you shake it before each use, as some seperation will occur.
Be sure to check the best before date before using, and consume with seven day for optimal quality.
Packaging
Sold in a 750ml clear glass wine bottle with minimal labels.
We try and keep our labels to the bare necessities so your product looks something made in house and not recognisable by customers.
We also try and reuse bottles whenever we can, after a thorough cleaning first! We will happily take back any bottles and accept any clear, screw-cap style wine bottles you have spare. It helps keep our prices low and it does that little bit for the environment. That’s a win-win.
Seasonal Differences
We do not use artificial colouring, so colours and flavours may change slightly with the seasons. We do our best to keep it looking consistent but nature has a way of doing what it wants.
Storage and Use
All of our products are small batch, made to order and preservative-free, so they are best kept refrigerated and ideally used within two to four weeks, depending on the product, for the best flavour and quality. Always check the best-before date before use.
