Amaretto sours are a lot of people's introduction to many things, such as Amaretto, sours, egg white in drinks and cocktails in general. It is loved by the young and old alike and is a delicious drink.

Amaretto Sour

Amaretto, lemon, and foam

Rocks


Garnish

A skewered lemon and cherry


Ingredients

60ml Amaretto

2 dashes of aromatic bitters (such as Angostura)

1 dash of orange bitters


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  3. Strain out ice, and shake without ice.

  4. Fine strain into glass filled with ice.

  5. Garnish.
