Whisky Sour

A well-made whisky sour is a triumph. It is one of the best ways to vastly improve a cheap bottle of whisky, be that whisky from Scotland, America, Ireland, Canada, Australia, or something else entirely.

Sours are also one of the best recipes for adding your spins and twists to. Try using one of our many syrups to create some amazing new drinks.

Whisky Sour

Whisky, lemon, and foam

Garnish

A skewered lemon and cherry


Ingredients

60ml Whisky

2 dashes of aromatic bitters (such as Angostura)

1 dash of orange bitters


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  3. Strain out ice, and shake without ice.

  4. Fine strain into glass filled with ice.

  5. Garnish.
