Essentially a gin sour, with an interesting name. This classic cocktail has been popular since the late 1920s.

Gin, orange liqueur, and lemon

Coupe


Garnish

Lemon twist


Ingredients

40ml Gin

20ml Orange liqueur (such as Cointreau or triple sec)


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  3. Strain out ice, and shake without ice.

  4. Fine strain into glass.

  5. Garnish.
