Gin, sake, lime, watermelon, and lime leaf

Garnish

A lime leaf floating on top or pegged to the side of the glass


Ingredients

45ml Gin 15ml Sake (or a very dry white wine)

1 lime leaf

4 bite sized pieces of watermelon


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Shake all of the ingredients with ice.

  3. Strain into the glass.

  4. Garnish.
