What started as a twist on the classic gin sour, the 'White Lady', morphed into a different, and delicious drink that should be drunk at once.

Spice Lady

Mezcal, aperitivo, falernum, lime, and habanero

Lime wheel


Ingredients

30ml Mezcal

30ml Aperitivo (such as Aperol, or Pompelle)


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  3. Strain out ice, and shake without ice.

  4. Fine strain into glass.

  5. Garnish.
