Popular around the world, from cruise ships to cocktail bars. A well-made Singapore Sling is a fantastic drink, and one that every bartender should have in their lexicon.

Singapore Sling

Gin, cherry brandy, Benedictine D.O.M., triple sec, pineapple, and grenadine


Glassware

Collins or Hurricane glass


Garnish

Pineapple wedge skewered with a maraschino cherry


Ingredients

45ml Gin 15ml Cherry Brandy (such as Heering Cherry Liqueur) 7.5ml Benedictine D.O.M. Liqueur 7.5ml Orange Liqueur (such as Grand Marnier, Triple Sec or Orange Curacao)

1 bar spoon worth of Grenadine


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish

  2. Shake everything with ice

  3. Fine strain into glass filled with ice

  4. Garnish
