A creamy tropical classic with rum, pineapple and coconut.


You put the lime in the coconut and shake it all about. This simple shaken Pina Colada is rich, fruity and easy to serve, without needing a blender or frozen drink setup.

Pina Colada

Rum, pineapple, coconut.


Glassware

Tiki mug, highball or coconut.


Garnish

Pineapple wedge and pineapple leaves.

Optional: maraschino cherry.


Ingredients

60ml white rum or coconut rum, such as Malibu or Planteray Cut & Dry

45ml pineapple juice


Recipe

Prepare your glass and garnish first.

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

Shake hard until chilled and creamy.

Pour into your glass.

Top with fresh ice.

Garnish with pineapple and leaves.
