An awful name for an amazing drink. The combination of vanilla, vodka, lime and passionfruit is bound to be a big hit on any cocktail menu. The biggest issue a bar might have with this drink is that traditionally it asks for one whole passionfruit per drink, which can be a killer on the bottom line. Instead, this recipe forgoes the fresh passionfruit and adjusts accordingly.

Ingredients

60ml Vodka

30ml Lime Cocktail Juice

15ml Passionfruit Syrup

15ml Vanilla Syrup

60ml Sparkling wine

Recipe

1. Prepare the glass and garnish.

2. Shake all ingredients, except the sparkling wine, in a shaker filled with ice.

3. Fine strain into the prepared glass.

4. Garnish.

5. Serve sparkling wine on the side in a shot glass, and instruct the drinker to sip alternatively from each glass.
