Pornstar Martini

A bright, tropical vodka cocktail with passionfruit, vanilla, lime and sparkling wine on the side.

Despite the name, the Pornstar Martini is a genuinely great modern classic. The mix of passionfruit, vanilla, vodka and lime makes it easy to love, while the side serve of sparkling wine gives it a little extra theatre.

This version uses Passionfruit Syrup instead of fresh passionfruit, making it easier to serve consistently without relying on expensive or inconsistent fruit.

Coupe glass and shot glass.

Garnish

Lime wheel.

Ingredients

60ml Vodka

30ml Lime Cocktail Juice

20ml Passionfruit Syrup

10ml Vanilla Syrup

60ml Sparkling wine

Recipe

Prepare your glass and garnish first.

Add the vodka, Lime Cocktail Juice, Passionfruit Syrup and Vanilla Syrup to a shaker with ice.

Shake hard until chilled.

Fine strain into the prepared coupe glass.

Garnish with a lime wheel.

Serve the sparkling wine on the side in a shot glass.

Instruct the drinker to sip alternately between the cocktail and the sparkling wine.
