Frozen cocktails and anything mango flavour seem to be an instant draw card. This recipe will make sure they come back again, and again.
Mango Daiquiri (Blended)
Rum, mango, and lime

Lime Wheel
Ingredients
60ml Rum
45ml Mango Syrup
30ml Lime Cocktail Juice
4 drops of Saline Solution

0.5g (1/4 teaspoon) Xanthan Gum
160g crushed ice
Recipe
Prepare the glass and garnish.
Combine the first four ingredients in a blender.
Blend without ice to combine everything.
With the blender running, slowly add the Xanthan Gum.
Stop, add ice and then pulse until the desired texture is reached.
Pour into the glass and garnish.
