Xanthan Gum 100g
Xanthan Gum is a food additive that can be used as a thickener, a stabiliser and an emulsifier. It is commonly used in gluten-free baking to help bind ingredients. In bars, it works much the same way. Sprinkle a small amount of this into your blended drink and amaze your guests as it stays slushie and smooth.
Try using it in a Pina Colada or a Blended Coconut Daiquiri.
The gum will come in a clear, vacuum-sealed packet and will remain high quality for a long time, even once opened. Store in a cool, dry, dark place for optimal freshness and quality.
