A rum classic with lime, orange liqueur and orgeat.
Created in 1944 by Trader Vic, the Mai Tai has had a long and sometimes questionable journey. At its best, it is not a sweet red fruit punch — it is a balanced rum cocktail with citrus, almond, orange and plenty of character.
