A twist on the well-known tiki drink, the 'Saturn'. Swapping out gin for the anise-forward ouzo, which plays perfectly with the falernum, orgeat and passionfruit.

Glassware

Collins or Hurricane glass

Garnish

Lemon zest ring, with a maraschino cherry skewered in the middle.

Ingredients

45ml Ouzo

15ml Lemon Cocktail Juice

7.5ml Falernum Syrup

7.5ml Orgeat

7.5ml Passionfruit Syrup

180g crushed ice

Recipe

Prepare your glass and garnish.
Blend all ingredients
Garnish.
