  • May 18
  • 1 min read

A simple café-style iced tea made with black tea concentrate, citrus and syrup.

This is an easy base recipe for venues that want to serve iced tea without brewing fresh tea throughout the day. The Cold Brew Tea Concentrate brings the tea flavour and tannin, while lemon and syrup keep it bright, balanced and refreshing.

Floradora

Black tea, lemon and sugar.

Glassware

Collins glass or tall glass.

Garnish

Lemon wheel.

Optional: mint sprig.

Ingredients

120ml water

Recipe

Prepare your glass and garnish first.

Add the Cold Brew Tea Concentrate, Lemon Cocktail Juice and Simple Sugar Syrup to a glass.

Fill the glass with fresh ice.

Top with cold water.

Stir gently to combine.

Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Notes

For a sweeter iced tea, increase the Simple Sugar Syrup to 20ml.

For a sparkling iced tea, swap the cold water for soda water.
