This Rum Punch channels the flavours of the Caribbean by using hibiscus, demerara, and a generous splash of bitters to create a tropical spice sensation.

Rum, hibiscus, lime, demerara, bitters, and soda

Ingredients
60ml Aged rum
15ml Lime Cocktail Juice
15ml Hibiscus Syrup
10ml Demerara Syrup
4 dashes of aromatic bitters (such as Angostura)
60ml Soda water
Recipe
Prepare your glass and garnish.
Shake all ingredients, except soda, with ice.
Strain into a glass filled with ice.
Garnish.
