Hibiscus / Rosella Syrup

Use Hibiscus / Rosella Syrup anywhere you want sweetness with a tart, floral edge.

It works especially well in Hibiscus Palomas, Hibiscus Rum Punches, and Caribbean-style rum drinks.

It can also be used in sodas, lemonades, iced teas, mocktails and batching for events or high-volume service.

Ingredients: Hibiscus, sugar, water, citric acid (330)

Made for consistent sweetness, bright colour and easy use in drinks.

Keep refrigerated. Shake before use.

This product is made in small batches and is best used within four weeks of opening for the freshest flavour.

Do not use if the product becomes cloudy, fizzy, develops gas build-up, mould, off aromas, unusual colour changes, or any other signs of spoilage.

Always check the best-before date before use.

Sold in a 750ml clear glass bottle with minimal labelling, designed to sit neatly in a bar fridge or speed rail without looking overly branded.

Where possible, we reuse clean screw-cap wine bottles to reduce waste and help keep costs down. Bottle returns are welcome.
