This twist on a Pisco Sour adds tart hibiscus and spicy habanero to create a flavour combination that will rock your world.

Hibis-co Sour

Pisco, lemon, lime, hibiscus, habanero, and foam


Glassware

Rocks


Garnish

3 bitters drops, with a skewer run through them to create a heart shape


Ingredients

60ml Pisco

3 dashes of aromatic bitters (such as Amargo Chuncho or Angostura)

2 drops of Saline Solution


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  3. Strain out ice, and shake without ice.

  4. Fine strain into glass.

  5. Garnish.
