A bright, fruity gin sour with lemon and blackberry liqueur.


The Bramble is one of the best modern classics to come out of the 1980s. It is simple, sharp, refreshing and very easy to love, with blackberry liqueur drizzled over crushed ice for that signature bleeding effect.

Bramble

Gin, lemon and blackberry.


Glassware

Rocks Glass.


Garnish

Lemon wedge.

Optional: fresh blackberry.


Ingredients

45ml gin

~

15ml blackberry liqueur, such as crème de mûre


Recipe

Prepare your glass and garnish first.

Add the gin, Lemon Cocktail Juice and Simple Sugar Syrup to a shaker with ice.

Shake hard until chilled.

Fine strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.

Drizzle the blackberry liqueur over the top of the ice to create a bleeding effect.

Garnish with a lemon wedge.
