Inspired by a Penicillin, a ginger, honey, lemon and Scotch cocktail. This turns the known recipe right over and includes peach liqueur, giving the drink a bright and refreshing profile.

A skewered piece of crystallised ginger and a lime wheel


Ingredients

60ml Whisky (such as a blended Scotch) 15ml Lemon Cocktail Juice

15ml Peach liqueur


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  3. Fine strain into a glass filled with ice.

  4. Garnish.
