Remember when strawberry matchas were all the rage? They still are? Well, good, because this cocktail deserves to be drunk often.

Strawberry Matcha Alexander

Vodka, strawberry, matcha, and cream


Glassware

Coupe


Garnish

A sprinkling of matcha or chocolate powder


Ingredients

100ml Heavy Cream

100ml Milk

~

45ml Vodka 15ml White creme de cacao

30ml Cream


Recipe

  1. Combine the milk, cream and Strawberry Syrup into a shaker and either shake or froth with a milk frother until the foam triples in size.

  2. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  3. Shake everything, except the strawberry whipped cream, with ice.

  4. Fine strain into glass.

  5. Top with Strawberry whipped cream.

  6. Garnish.
