A bright, fruity rum sour with lime and fresh-style strawberry.


The Strawberry Daiquiri is sweet, sharp and very easy to love. Strawberry Syrup brings the fruit and colour, while lime keeps the drink refreshing rather than heavy.

Strawberry Daiquiri

Rum, lime and strawberry.


Glassware

Coupe glass.


Garnish

Strawberry.

Optional: lime wheel.


Ingredients

60ml White rum 30ml Lime Cocktail Juice


Recipe

Prepare your glass and garnish first.

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

Shake hard until chilled.

Fine strain into the prepared glass.

Garnish with a strawberry.
