A twist on the classic raspberry-flavoured sour, swapping raspberry for strawberry and tempered by the addition of a dry vermouth to create a flavourful berry sour that isn't too sweet.

Ingredients

45ml Gin 15ml Dry vermouth


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Shake the ingredients with ice.

  3. Strain into the glass filled with ice.

  4. Garnish.
