What to taste the countryside? This is probably as close as you are going to get. Gin and sage combine here with lemon to create a herbal gin sour.

A lemon wheel or a sage leaf


Ingredients

60ml Gin


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  3. Strain out ice, and shake without ice.

  4. Fine strain into the glass.

  5. Garnish.
