Gimlets are usually a simple lime cordial mixed with gin. We've swapped the cordial out for regular lime, and added a rosehip syrup to boost both the sweetness and give it an interesting new flavour.

Ingredients

60ml Gin 30ml Lime Cocktail Juice


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  3. Fine strain into glass.

  4. Garnish.
