A juicy tropical rum sour with pineapple and lime.


There is something very satisfying about a good Pineapple Daiquiri. The lime keeps it sharp and refreshing, while the Pineapple Syrup brings bright fruit flavour without making the drink too heavy.

Pineapple Daiquiri

Aged rum, pineapple and lime.


Glassware

Coupe glass.


Garnish

Pineapple Wedge


Ingredients

60ml Aged rum, or an aged pineapple rum


Recipe

Prepare your glass and garnish first.

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

Shake hard until chilled.

Fine strain into the prepared glass.

Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
