Chartreuse is a liqueur so good that they named a colour after it. This creamy tropical drink just shows off how versatile that product can be.

Pina Verde (Blended)

Green Chartreuse, pineapple, coconut

Glassware

Tiki mug, highball or a coconut

Garnish

Mint bouquet

Ingredients

45ml Green Chartreuse

30ml Cream of Coconut

20ml Acidified Pineapple Juice

2 or 3 chunks of frozen pineapple

2 drops of Saline Solution

0.5g (1/4 teaspoon) Xanthan Gum

160g crushed ice

Recipe

Prepare glass and garnish.
Combine the first five ingredients in a blender.
Blend without ice to combine everything.
With the blender running, slowly add the Xanthan Gum.
Stop, add ice and then pulse until the desired texture is reached.
Pour into glass and garnish.
