You put the lime in the coconut and shake it all about. A Pina Colada is what I consider to be the ultimate outdoor drink. Prove me wrong.

Pina Colada (Shaken)

Rum, pineapple, coconut, lime

Glassware

Tiki mug, highball or a coconut

Garnish

Pineapple wedge and pineapple leaves

Ingredients

60ml Rum

30ml Cream of Coconut

45ml Pineapple Juice

15ml Lime Cocktail Juice

15ml Demerara Syrup

Recipe

Combine all ingredients and shake with a small amount of crushed ice.
Pour into a glass and top with crushed ice.
Garnish.
