The Paloma

Tequila, grapefruit, agave and soda


Glassware

Collins (or tall skinny glass), with a salted rim


Garnish

Grapefruit wedge


Ingredients

50ml Tequila

120ml Soda Water


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish

    1. Moisten the outside rim of the glass with your grapefruit wedge, then roll the rim in salt.

    2. Fill the glass with ice

  2. Shake the first three ingredients with ice

  3. Fine strain into the ice-filled glass

  4. Top with the soda and gently stir

  5. Serve with a grapefruit wedge
