Agave Syrup

Use Agave Syrup anywhere you want clean sweetness with a soft, rounded flavour.

It works especially well in tequila and mezcal drinks like Tommy’s Margaritas, Margaritas, Palomas, Mezcal Sours, Oaxaca Old Fashioneds and spicy or tropical agave-based cocktails.

It can also be used in iced tea, coffee, smoothies, mocktails, lemonades, dessert drinks and batching for events or high-volume service.

Ingredients: Organic agave nectar, water.

Made at 50° Brix for easy pouring and consistent use in cocktails.

Keep refrigerated after opening. Shake before use.

This product is made in small batches without added preservatives and is best used within two weeks of opening for the freshest flavour.

Do not use if the product becomes cloudy, fizzy, develops gas build-up, mould, off aromas, or any other signs of spoilage.

Always check the best-before date before use.

Sold in a 750ml clear glass bottle with minimal labelling, designed to sit neatly in a bar fridge or speed rail without looking overly branded.

Where possible, we reuse clean screw-cap wine bottles to reduce waste and help keep costs down. Bottle returns are welcome.
