Whisky soda is a pretty common order behind the bar. I mean its refreshing and easy to drink. What more could you ask for? What was that? Matcha? Okay! Let's do that too.

Matcha Whisky Highball

Whisky, lemon, matcha, and soda

Garnish

Lemon wheel


Ingredients

60ml Whisky (ideally something Japanese) 15ml Lemon Cocktail Juice

150ml Soda water


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Shake the first three ingredients with ice.

  3. Fine strain into the glass filled with ice.

  4. Top with soda.

  5. Garnish.
