A soft, tropical rum classic with pineapple, maraschino and grenadine.
The Mary Pickford is an old-school Cuban cocktail from the Prohibition era. It fell out of fashion for a while, especially once grenadine became more about colour than flavour, but with a good grenadine it is bright, delicate and well worth bringing back.
