A twist on the 'Tommy's Margarita', which is usually just tequila, lime and agave. This removes the agave and instead puts pomegranate in charge of the flavour train.

Rocks glass (no salt!)


Garnish

Lime wedge


Ingredients

60ml Tequila


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Shake everything with ice.

  3. Fine strain into glass.

  4. Garnish.
