A bright, bubbly spritz with limoncello, black tea and citrus.


The Limoncello Iced Tea Spritz sits somewhere between lemon iced tea and a sparkling brunch drink. It is light, sunny and refreshing, with black tea adding just enough depth to balance the limoncello and bubbles.

Limoncello Iced Tea Spritz

Limoncello, black tea, soda and prosecco.


Glassware

Wine Glass.


Garnish

Lemon wedge.

Optional: mint sprig.


Ingredients

45ml Limoncello 30ml Cold Brew Tea Concentrate

15ml Simple Sugar Syrup 45ml Soda water

60ml Prosecco


Recipe

Prepare your glass and garnish first.

Add the limoncello, Cold Brew Tea Concentrate and Simple Sugar Syrup to a wine glass.

Fill the glass with fresh ice.

Add the soda water and prosecco.

Stir gently to combine.

Garnish with a lemon wedge.
