A bright, bittersweet Australian classic with lemonade, lime cordial and aromatic bitters.


Lemon Lime and Bitters might be one of the most ordered drinks in Australia, and for good reason. It is simple, refreshing and just grown-up enough, with Fresh Lime Cordial giving it a sharper, more vibrant lime flavour.

Lemon Lime and Bitters

Lemonade, lime cordial and bitters.


Glassware

Collins glass.


Garnish

Lime wedge.


Ingredients

3-5 dashes of aromatic bitters (such as Angostura)

90ml Lemonade, such as Sprite


Recipe

Prepare your glass and garnish first.

Add the aromatic bitters to the glass.

Add the Fresh Lime Cordial.

Fill the glass with fresh ice.

Top with lemonade.

Stir gently to combine.

Garnish with a lime wedge.
