Fresh Lime Cordial

Use Fresh Lime Cordial anywhere you want the sweet-sour flavour of a classic lime cordial.

It works especially well in Gimlets, Lemon Lime Bitters, and simple mixed drinks with soda or tonic.

It can also be used in mocktails, lemonades, iced teas, slushies, batching for events or as a sharper alternative to standard lime cordial.

Ingredients: Sugar, Water, Lime, Citric Acid (330)

Keep refrigerated. Shake before use.

This product is made in small batches without unnecessary preservatives or additives and is best used within two to four weeks of opening for the freshest flavour.

Do not use if the product becomes fizzy, develops gas build-up, mould, off aromas, cloudiness, or any other signs of spoilage.

Always check the best-before date before use.

Sold in a 750ml clear glass bottle with minimal labelling, designed to sit neatly in a bar fridge or speed rail without looking overly branded.

Where possible, we reuse clean screw-cap wine bottles to reduce waste and help keep costs down. Bottle returns are welcome.
