Lavender Gin Sour

Gin, lemon, lavender, and foam

Garnish

A lavender flower, pegged to the side of the glass.

Ingredients

60ml Gin

30ml Lemon Cocktail Juice

15ml Lavender Syrup

15ml Cocktail Foamer

2 dashes of aromatic bitters (such as Angostura)

1 dash of orange bitters

Recipe

Prepare your glass and garnish.
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain out ice, and shake without ice.
Fine strain into the glass.
Garnish.
