Elderberry El Diablo

An El Diablo is traditionally made with blackcurrant or blackberry liqueur, depending on who you ask. This version has removed that and instead uses an Elderberry syrup.

Tequila, ginger, lime, elderberry, and soda

Garnish

A skewered piece of crystallised ginger


Ingredients

60ml Tequila 20ml Ginger Syrup

60ml Soda water


Recipe

  1. Prepare your glass and garnish.

  2. Shake all ingredients with ice.

  3. Fine strain into glass.

  4. Garnish.
